- Students whose conduct is INJURIOUS TO THE MORAL TONE of the school or incompatible with strict discipline are liable to be dismissed. In particular, stealing, resorting to unfair means during tests and examinations, and any form of verbal, written obscenity or behavioral acts of violence may entail dismissal.
- Students WHOSE PRESENCE, is not conducive, or whose parents / guardians show little interest in their progress, will be required to withdraw their wards from the school.
3 MONTHS NOTICE in writing must be given to the Principal by the parent or guardian, before a student may be withdrawn from the school. T.C. will be issued only after all dues are debited.
Parents are requested to inform of their decision to withdraw their child /children from Solitaire Global School. The under-mentioned regulation will be applicable:
- There will be no levy of a fine for the withdrawal request submitted every year on or before the 30th of November.
- If the request for withdrawal is submitted on or before the 28th of February the term 1 fees for the next academic year will have to be paid
- If the withdrawal request is submitted after the 1st of March the full fees for the next academic year will have to be paid.
- For the withdrawal of the newly admitted child at the request of the parent, after one week or during the academic year no fees will be refunded.
- The regulations mentioned above are applicable for admissions throughout the academic year.
- The penalties levied on late payments and disciplinary issues will not be waived.
NOTE: Please be informed that due to the government’s strict policy on cash acceptance, we will be doing it through the request/postdated cheques only. No cash will be accepted in the new academic year
