Success Story

From a Small Town in India to 14 Countries becoming the leader everybody loves. There are students who follow a path. And then there are students who build one, brick by brick, country by country, conversation by conversation. Armaan Chugh belongs firmly to the second category, and his journey is proof of what happens when passion, discipline, and a refusal to think small collide.

Where It All Began

Armaan’s story doesn’t start in a boardroom or on a global stage it starts in one of the smallest towns in India, a place most people wouldn’t call an obvious launchpad for an international career. But Armaan never let geography define his ceiling. From an early age, shaped in part by the foundation laid at Solitaire Global Schools, he carried a singular belief: where you come from should never decide how far you go.
That belief carried him from his hometown to Kent State University in Ohio, USA, where he is pursuing his Bachelor of Business Administration at the Ambassador Crawford College of Business and Entrepreneurship and where the results have spoken for themselves.

Academic Excellence, Backed by Numbers

Ambition without discipline is just a dream. Armaan backed his with results, earning a place on the Dean’s List in four of his five semesters at Kent State a mark reserved for students who consistently perform at the top of their class. It reflects not talent alone, but the discipline of showing up, semester after semester, and delivering.

Building Real-World Experience, Early

While many students wait until graduation to enter the professional world, Armaan went looking for it. He completed internships with TÜV Rheinland North America and TÜV Rheinland Mexico, both in Sales and Marketing, gaining rare, early exposure to international business operations across two different markets and cultures. He went on to work with OB.1, an AI automation company, sharpening his understanding of how emerging technology is reshaping modern business, and with MindShift, a leadership development program, where he deepened his understanding of what it takes to lead people, not just projects.

Leadership on Campus

Armaan’s drive to lead wasn’t limited to internships. At Kent State, he serves as a Student Manager at the Student Center Hub, taking on real operational responsibility at one of campus’s most active hubs, and represents students as part of the Business Professionals Roundtable. Not content with holding a title, he founded a student organization from the ground up, building it into a functioning community on campus. That initiative, paired with his entrepreneurial instincts, earned him a seat in Kent State’s C.E.O. (Collegiate Entrepreneurs’ Organization) a group reserved for students actively building, not just studying, business.

Building Ventures of His Own

Alongside academics and internships, Armaan has been building ventures of his own. He founded ARCLY Estates LLC, a real estate investment venture, and FlintWick Global Services LLC, sourcing products from China for Amazon FBA distribution a hands-on education in global trade and supply chains that no classroom could fully replicate. He also founded ARCly Media, a personal content branding and media company, where he applies his growing expertise in social media marketing and CRM to build brand presence and manage relationships at scale.

A Podcast That Crossed 14 Countries

If there’s one chapter that captures who Armaan is, it’s this: over the last 13 months, he has traveled to 14 countries, building a podcast rooted in one mission real conversations with real leaders, aimed at real, future-focused impact. Across those 14 countries, Armaan didn’t just visit, he connected, sitting across the table from some of the highest-level people in every country he visited to exchange ideas on leadership, growth, and what it takes to build something meaningful in today’s world. Every conversation added a new layer to his global perspective, and gave his guests a window into the mindset of the next generation of entrepreneurs.

Recognition in the Media

Armaan’s story hasn’t gone unnoticed. He has been featured on the cover of local magazines and been part of commercial, media-sponsored projects recognition that reflects a young entrepreneur whose influence is extending well beyond his hometown, and well beyond the classroom.
The Real Lesson Behind the Resume
Strip away the internships, the Dean’s List honors, the 14 countries, and the magazine covers, and what remains is the real lesson Armaan wants every Solitaire Global student to carry forward: the people around you shape you. Every mentor, every guest on his podcast, every leader he’s sat across from has quietly rewritten what he believes is possible not just for himself, but for what an entire generation of students from small towns can achieve.
Armaan’s message to every current Solitaire Global student is simple: your zip code is not your ceiling. Your dedication is your only real limit.

From Our Classrooms to the World

From the classrooms of Solitaire Global Schools to Dean’s List honors at Kent State, from internship desks at TÜV Rheinland to podcast studios across 14 countries, Armaan’s journey is a living answer to a question every student asks at some point: can someone like me really do something big?

His answer, built one semester, one internship, one country, and one conversation at a time: yes
